• In case of a spill, blot the stain with a clean, dry cloth in a gentle manner. Please make sure you do not use coarse material or rub the spot briskly.
• Use mats and coasters before keeping any hot or cold items on the wooden surface.
• Ensure that the furniture does not have any exposure to moisture and water.
• Protect the material from direct sunlight and heat to maintain its original quality.
• Keep sharp objects away from your furniture to avoid cuts and scratches.
• Avoid chemical and alcohol contact with the furniture as it might harm the natural finish and durability of the product.

Please note: Do not drag the furniture to relocate it, as this might weaken the joints. Instead, lift the wooden furniture if you want to move it.

This product includes a 36-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects, termite issues, and borer infestation affecting the structure.

For upholstered furniture, the warranty applies only to the internal frame, padding, and any mechanisms provided.

Please note: This limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Minor cuts, scratches, or damages due to improper cleaning or accidental impact
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation done by the customer
• Cracks resulting from product displacement
• Fading due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Wood decay due to continuous contact with water
• Seat covers and other upholstery fabrics (these are not covered under warranty)
• Damage from non-standard dry cleaning or use of harsh chemicals
• Surface unevenness up to 5 mm, which is considered acceptable under industry norms due to floor level variations
• Any modifications or alterations made post-purchase will void the warranty
